what website were you using for looking at home prices? was that zillow or? Also..as someone who is somewhat familiar with Florida, you went to Melbourne beach which is probably on the more low key side of Florida lol. If you wanted to see outrageous waterfront prices, its probably going to be in the fort lauderdale/miami area, Sarasota to naples, or in the Florida keys
