Great video. I am an Operations Director with a lead gen company. I've been with them for 5 years & worked with a big web hosting company for 10 years prior. I have built & managed external call center teams overseas nationwide & abroad (Philippines, UK, Mexico). With my current job, I helped launched an overseas branch comprised of a work-from-home workforce & slowly grew it from 0-80 employees in about a year. I used to think this experience/expertise is only useful for myself & coworkers immediately around me. But friends & family have been encouraging me to do online courses on building international virtual teams/operations. I dismissed the idea for a while, but now I'm thinking maybe there is an audience for something like this out there somewhere, that I can help. But it's not like teaching knitting or babysitting tips. It's a bit more abstract. I watched this video in hopes of getting some tips on how/where to start. You asked us to leave something in comments - there's my idea.

i'd hop on the idea of creating an ebook/guide/course/resource bank helping businesses with things related lead gen/building overseas teams/operating or scaling these types of businesses.
Talking about your expertise on LinkedIn as a LinkedIn creator would be the best way to scale in the beginning.
Not passive but consulting these companies could get you $500+ an hour (not sure the rates but B2B consulting usually charge high!)

My passion is cooking and I love food. I am an amazing cook and everyone raves about my food. So a few years ago I started a TH-cam channel about cooking, sell my digital cookbooks and tangle food products packaged for customers that I sell at various stores nationwide. Hi Energi, thank you for sharing and asking about what we would like to see next. Can you make a beginner's video (step by step and very detailed) of how to create a TH-cam channel? I know there are a lot of these videos out there but, I have not found one that is not rushed for a beginner or that is very detailed and that talks about the specifics of the different things as to why this is needed in order for the video to work properly etc. The video needs to be from when you first sign into TH-cam if you do not have a business account and if you already have a business account (step by step) both ways. The video needs to be visual showing the steps as you talk about them. The second part is what FREE or QUALITY paid software that is reasonably priced (everything is very expensive) you can use to create the videos you post on your TH-cam channel. The editing of a video, what is the easiest, and simplest way to do this, how does everything connect so you can get a quality completed outcome. It is about the specifics, like how do you make sure the videos or info you edit will fit on an android or iPhone etc., is the starting process the same if you are creating your channel on a regular PC, laptop, or Mac computer? For instance, if you have a faceless TH-cam channel can you create slides using Microsoft powerpoint and how would you go about getting that onto your TH-cam channel, or maybe you do not have to use powerpoint there is something else out there that might be easier for everyone to use. I know it is like I said earlier (step by step and very detailed) Maybe it might be two separate videos. It would be really good to have this type of video. Maybe this type of video is out there and I just have not come across it. I don't know maybe this is too much I just feel like this type of video has not been made. Where to get pictures or videos legally, where to get free voice overs that can be used etc. If anyone can suggest a video like this for me to watch I will be grateful. Thank You Energi.

I have a plan for a specific type of channel though. But ytube takes a very long time to monetize😢...I'm so ready to leave the US for at least 4 months at a time.

Hi Energi! Could I make an ebook or different digital product about how I went from a normal savings account to high-yield savings accounts, keep my eyes for bonuses, etc as part of my personal finance strategy? I don't have any other financial advice outside of that, I just enjoy that side of personal finance quite a bit :)
uhm for the ebook , id say itd be a pit hard unless you can clearly communicate how the info you share is not easily google-able... so just remember that people buy 'transformation' not 'information'
you could create digital products related to savings/personal finance etc tho just make sure what you offer stands out in some way

my suggestion is to just start it - yt or tiktok but you dont need a big following like i mentioned in the video, i didnt have that and still made 2k a mo in passive income 3 months after starting yt average 1k views a video
