Thomas Lowe married Hannah Watts, their son William Lowe is my 3rd great grandfather, he moved to Manchester where he was a Engineer in the industrial revolution, building cotton spinning machines, he was born in Matlock in 1774.
That's really fascinating and to have been related to people who helped create the industrial revolution, quite incredible! Thanks for sharing your information with us 👍😊
Its a really beautiful area, just a shame that they've had to close alot of it off now due to the high number of visitors its had throughout the covid pandemic period..

I think the peak district is my favourite part of England I've visited so far. So many areas to explore and all a little different.
It's definitely our favourite place so far.. Like you say there's so much to see, we've just booked to go back again in a few weeks! 😊
