Never compare to anybody. I start my day with the gratitude song then I THANK HIM every time I can swallow my supplements and don't choke on water. Social media was useful to me while I was in the hospital with a brain infection and my husband used to share my news every day to let my friends that I was in stable condition. There are many ways when media is used for swallow and silly things and I avoid those. Angela Italy
