Such an important topic, and question! Showers on the ground where I was were around 5 euro. I was there all days so I took a good pack of wet wipes and showered 2 or 3 times maybe (I know a bit stinky, but I was alone at the tent and did the best I could with the wipes!)
I wont be going this year 😪 I moved from Belgium in 19 so I haven't been back since the hole covid thing. Best of luck for you!
