Tips for ice**** It takes up space but definitely freeze a gallon water jug or 2 and put them at the bottom of your cooler. I saw this on a hunting show, for keeping meat good. This works so well if you’re like us and you like to cook at your camping festival❤
Damprid for your tent is an absolute game changer that often goes overlooked!! If you don't like coming back to a damp tent, with your blankets all gross feeling then I would highly recommend this $10 investment!!
I got you! It's a lot of compact supplies and I pack my largest suitcase and then I bring my large carry on as well so I have as much room to pack as possible 😅 The rest you have to purchase in person!
Omgggg that’s a long ass trip!!! I’m in Ohio and didn’t want to drive but now I’m like ugggg why didn’t we just drive but with 3 kids ages 13 7 and 11 months hahah we have to get babysitting taken care of and driving is more days added good luck and drive safe
one thing i would add, is that some festivals will not let you take a hammer onto the grounds, and will ask how you plan on putting your tent pegs in to make sure.
I have random questions because I am preparing for my first camping festival: Where do you toss out full trash bags? Is there a process of what campers do when we have a full bag of trash? Does ANYONE do anything to keep valuables locked away when they aren't camping near their cars? I know I can lock my tent but do you guys do anything further than just hiding valuables within your suitcases?
I think every festival is different. The ones I've seen people just pile them in/near the trash cans, but I know some festivals have bigger trash or donation drop off areas. For tents, I'd say do the locks for sure and then try to keep anything really valuable on you inside the fest. I wouldn't leave wallet, sunglasses, jewelry, etc behind
I can’t wait for your flying video! I’ve been doing a LOT of research and haven’t found an amazing flying video yet. I’ve found good ones, just not amazing. I’m flying solo, so the “share the supply list” won’t work for me. 😢
If you want to take it up a notch your ultimate camping vehicle is a Ford F150 SCSB (Single cab short bed). It has a very short wheelbase 109" which means it as maneuverable as most SUV's and a 6 foot bed so plenty of room for camping supplies. You will have to add a camper shell. I highly recommend Snugtop but last I checked they don't deliver east of the Mississippi, hopefully that has changed. Just make sure you change the stationary rear window that comes with the pickup to an aftermarket slider window. That way you can store all your camping supplies inside your truck cab and have access to it from your camper. Sadly these vehicles are not made much anymore. As far as I know Ford is the only car company building them anymore. I remember as a kid pretty much all the pickup trucks were SCSB's
Wow, so much unnecessary single use. I would love to see a list without anything that is bought just to be thrown away after the festival (obviously with the exception of stuff like food packaging and hygiene items).
tent locks are a waste of money and advertise you have items in your tent worth taking, lock up anything that you dont want taken in your car if possible
This is so american… „yeah buy a pillow and throw it away…“ then „buy mattress padding for the floor so its comfortable -> to the landfill with that“ etc… your camping style seems to be an ecological disaster…
I'm barely getting into rave culture at a humble 41 years of age and I appreciate all the information that I'm finding to make this process happen.
welcome to our community!!

I also line my hard side cooler with a shopping bag type cooler and it really helps.

It took a lot of compiling tips and advice from friends and then experiencing it to get a system down!
Camping is no joke! Unfortunately me and my friend are going to stay at their friends house so we won't have to deal with camping!

I’m still hoping you do a video on how to FLY for festivals and still CAMP!????
it's all filmed i just need to edit it 🙈
Me nervous for camping at forest 😅
don't be nervous!! lmk if you have any questions :)
Going to forest myself, feel free to ask me as well Nela :)
She reminds of the girl from baby reindeer
It’s crazy cause I’m trying to pack for the same festival okee here we come lol

The girl he dated I forgot her name
tent locks are a waste of money and advertise you have items in your tent worth taking, lock up anything that you dont want taken in your car if possible
Don’t forget the drugs

It's definitely not ideal and I know there are better solutions. I try to fly home with what I can and donate other items to campers driving home.
Who else was just waiting for her to list *cocaine*
