It was from Roger's. A light-weight metal spinning wing. Not sure they have them any more.

wildlife.ca.gov/Hunting/Waterfowl Here are California's regulations, but you can shoot 7 of either sex for blue wings in CA. Those are cinnamon in the video, though.
