Hi Thanks for watching our video. Hope it helped and gave you an idea for all things to plan for ur Joffre Lakes hike. Drones are not allowed by law in any bc parks anymore. However, they were allowed 4 to 5 years back. Now, you will need permission for the same. Request you to check detailed information about it on this website - bcparks.ca/visiting/parks-and-drones/ We went for this trip in the month of July. Summer is the best time to visit since you can see the turquoise shade of the lake very clearly and vibrant.

We left from Vancouver around 7:00 A.M and we reached there by 11. The main parking was full already. So we had to park on the overflow parking lot which is just across the road.
