@@heysfb i believe he does! he was 100% right about the cerave hydrating sunscreen having a bad white cast. trust me, i’m latino- my skin is dark especially during this season. i was frustrated with the sunscreen and i came back here to watch his video and behold, he had a solution!! hyram said to really work it between your fingers then apply, and that worked for me!! it blended into my skin super nicely!

@@kirstenchelsea4666 its pretty much good but eye cream and toner is overly priced and some toners can be overly stripping but in the end it is what works for you. hyram believes in the 4step routine cleanser,serum,moisturizer, and sunscreen. although in the morning you dont really need to cleanse or use serum. only at night with the other two because at night is when your skin uses its time to regenerate and really take in the products.

generally, you really shouldn't- although the formulation may be the same in some cases, some body sunscreens contain ingredients that might not necessarily be damaging to skin on the body, but may damage and cause sensitivity on the face. the skin on your body is stronger than the skin on your face.
Hey have you ever considered doing swatches of sunscreens so we can see the formula more closely? It would help a lot to visualize the effectiveness of the product. I look so closely at textures to better gauge how my skin will sit with it, esp sunscreens!!

i cannot reccomend the bare republic sunscreen less. my experience when i tried it, left a terrible white sheet over my skin. literally dont know how else to describe it. it created like a solid white film everywhere i applied it. i tried it on a kayaking trip, so the second i touched it flaked off, if there was water on my hands it would drip right off where it was and leave streaks. i got the worst sunburns of my life that day.
If you have not seen in past videos he has said he doesn't always find eye creams to be extremely necessary. He recommends just bringing your regular moisturizer up to your eyes

I was asking for myself and the people who struggle with eyebags cuz a simple moisturizer isnt enough at all. For whoever is struggling with the same thing i recommend The Inkey List caffiene eye cream. It works extremely well for only $10 at sephora and on their website. It always comes in clutch and it instantly depuffs my undereye's when I meed it.

RATE MY SKINCARE ROUTINE: ***I’m a 20 year old with drier skin/ combination skin and I do not have acne. I’m prone to clogged pores/ blackheads around my nose, chin, jaw, and hairline but they are usually minuscule. I have a little bit of texture, but nothing too crazy. I usually only break out around my period or if I start squeezing blackheads (terrible I know)*** face wash: Philosophy’s “Purity” face wash (sometimes i gently rub it in with an exfoliating cloth for a bit of physical exfoliation, other times i just use my fingers) moisturizer: CeraVe daily moisturizing lotion for normal to dry skin (lightweight) chemical exfoliants/ masks: the ordinary’s 2% salicylic acid + charcoal mask (i use this once a week) and the ordinary’s AHA 30% + BHA 2% mask (i use this twice a month) - i’ve yet to try a hydrating mask because i’m scared it’ll clog my pores, especially with COVID and wearing a mask all day i’ve found that i have way more blackheads and breakouts now around the lower half of my face, if anyone wants to recommend me a good hydrating mask that won’t clog pores pls do!!! - sunscreen: Neutrogena clear face breakout free, oil free SPF 55 sunscreen (i only use in the morning before i go out, not at night) - been tryna find a new sunscreen too cuz i heard neutrogena products were not that good for ur skin - serum: the ordinary’s niacinamyde 10% + zinc 1% (i only use it at night because it can get very tacky on my skin with moisturizer and sunscreen; it make my face feel too heavy) spot treatment: mario badescu’s drying lotion for surface level pimples w/t a head, and the ordinary’s salicylic acid 2% solution for deep, painful pimples/ cysts
Hi! I would stick to using my hands when cleansing and will just use the exfoliant once a week or 3 times a month if you can't tolerate the aha bha. Brittany mora if your skin type is oily use cerave foaming facial cleanser and if your skin is dry use cerave hydrating facial cleanser then use niacinamide by the ordinary then once that’s dried use cerave moisturising lotion and once that’s dried use a sunscreen a recommendation is cerave sunscreen spf 30
The sun bum actually does have fragrance around the 8 th ingredient down, I got it and looked at the ingredients because I remember he what he said about the coconut smell.
Hey sensitive skin guys! I tried the Neutrogena one he mentioned and within seconds of applying it my face burned sooo badly that I had to immediately wash it off my face. It still left some mild chemical irritations around my nose and hair line that didn’t go away for about a week. I tried returning it and was told that since I used it I could no longer return 😢. So please just be careful if you have sensitive skin!! Do a patch test before going in all over your face! The chemical marks around my hairline burned so badly in the shower that I do not wish it on anyone!!!

When you have a chance Hyram I would really appreciate a video dedicated to over oily, acne prone, middle age skin LOL. Every acne cleanser I use stripes the skin of oil so my face drys out. Then I feel like my skin over produces oil to combat the dryness.( yes I moisturize after). Any of the moisturizing skin cleansers do not seem to clean enough and I break out. IF anyone else in the comments could help or recommend things I would be grateful!!! I have very little money so please suggest things that are reasonably priced. Thanks so much.
Try Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Cleanser! I have combination skin but I have acne and like you, every acne cleanser I use strips my skin off its oils. My dad liked it and decided to make it his daily one too. It made my skin feel moisturized but not oily. Just perfect. PS. It won’t clear up your acne though (Also Hyram approved cleanser)
I bought the bare republic spray mineral sunscreen for working 2019 potato harvest with my little brother. We were out in the sun for hours every single day. I did a ton of research about sunscreens and wanted a mineral spray on. My skin is pretty oily and I get breakouts pretty frequently. I was honestly surprised that it didn’t give me any more acne. My face actually was looking better at the end of harvest than before I started. It did leave a bit of a white cast but that didn’t bother me. Overall a great sunscreen that I’ll repurchase.
I am SO GLAD you talked about Moringa seed oil for product formulation. I’m an esthetician and grew up on a Moringa tree farm in Africa and not many people in the States have been put on to this amazing ingredient! It should be talked about more !!

Another good drugstore option that is actually for broke people is the Walgreens sensitive skin sunscreen spf 50...it's a combination sunscreen. It's really great so far and only 3$. Fragrance free oil free oxybenzone free. Minimal white cast
I used the neutrogena sunscreen today. I’m blown away by the results after one application. It took away all of the redness and irritation in my skin. I still have breakouts that need more time to heal but my face feels so much better already.

The best advice I have ever gotten regards depression is that you do not need to be on top of everything all the Time ;) so don't beat yourself up stay strong and concentrate on doing 1 thing at a time may it be getting out of bed, getting dressed or washing your face just take it 1 thing at a time. Take care and get better soon
don’t beat yourself up over something you have no control over, your here and that’s all the matters. do that skincare when u feel motivated and okay enough to do so, don’t poly pressure on urself 💓💓
oh my goodnessss here’s a horror facial sunscreen story. so i was going to disneyland and i was super excited! knowing how the weather was in Anaheim we decided to put sunscreen all over my body and FACE. the next day my face BROKE OUT in hives and it was so scary. My skin PUFFED up and was BURNED. It got bigger a bigger but once i got back to seattle to the rainy weather, my skin all cleared up again. btw i was 8. Also, nothing worked, we tried aloe, it broke me out even more. back then my skin was super sensitive, now my skin is very oily and not as sensitive as it use to be, although i break out in hormonal acne A LOT it goes away within a week. i practiced on what skin care items worked for me throughout middle school and now that i’m in high school i know exactly what to use!

i cannot reccomend the bare republic sunscreen less. my experience when i tried it, left a terrible white sheet over my skin. literally dont know how else to describe it. it created like a solid white film everywhere i applied it. i tried it on a kayaking trip, so the second i touched it flaked off, if there was water on my hands it would drip right off where it was and leave streaks. i got the worst sunburns of my life that day.

If you have not seen in past videos he has said he doesn't always find eye creams to be extremely necessary. He recommends just bringing your regular moisturizer up to your eyes

I was asking for myself and the people who struggle with eyebags cuz a simple moisturizer isnt enough at all. For whoever is struggling with the same thing i recommend The Inkey List caffiene eye cream. It works extremely well for only $10 at sephora and on their website. It always comes in clutch and it instantly depuffs my undereye's when I meed it.

RATE MY SKINCARE ROUTINE:
***I’m a 20 year old with drier skin/ combination skin and I do not have acne. I’m prone to clogged pores/ blackheads around my nose, chin, jaw, and hairline but they are usually minuscule. I have a little bit of texture, but nothing too crazy. I usually only break out around my period or if I start squeezing blackheads (terrible I know)***
face wash: Philosophy’s “Purity” face wash (sometimes i gently rub it in with an exfoliating cloth for a bit of physical exfoliation, other times i just use my fingers)
moisturizer: CeraVe daily moisturizing lotion for normal to dry skin (lightweight)
chemical exfoliants/ masks: the ordinary’s 2% salicylic acid + charcoal mask (i use this once a week) and the ordinary’s AHA 30% + BHA 2% mask (i use this twice a month)
- i’ve yet to try a hydrating mask because i’m scared it’ll clog my pores, especially with COVID and wearing a mask all day i’ve found that i have way more blackheads and breakouts now around the lower half of my face, if anyone wants to recommend me a good hydrating mask that won’t clog pores pls do!!! -
sunscreen: Neutrogena clear face breakout free, oil free SPF 55 sunscreen (i only use in the morning before i go out, not at night)
- been tryna find a new sunscreen too cuz i heard neutrogena products were not that good for ur skin -
serum: the ordinary’s niacinamyde 10% + zinc 1% (i only use it at night because it can get very tacky on my skin with moisturizer and sunscreen; it make my face feel too heavy)
spot treatment: mario badescu’s drying lotion for surface level pimples w/t a head, and the ordinary’s salicylic acid 2% solution for deep, painful pimples/ cysts
Hi! I would stick to using my hands when cleansing and will just use the exfoliant once a week or 3 times a month if you can't tolerate the aha bha. You can check Cassandra's channel bout maskne and her recommended mask for it you haven't already. I have a quick question tho, would you recommend the cerave lotion for oily skin?

The sun bum actually does have fragrance around the 8 th ingredient down, I got it and looked at the ingredients because I remember he what he said about the coconut smell.
Hey sensitive skin guys! I tried the Neutrogena one he mentioned and within seconds of applying it my face burned sooo badly that I had to immediately wash it off my face. It still left some mild chemical irritations around my nose and hair line that didn’t go away for about a week. I tried returning it and was told that since I used it I could no longer return 😢.
So please just be careful if you have sensitive skin!! Do a patch test before going in all over your face! The chemical marks around my hairline burned so badly in the shower that I do not wish it on anyone!!!

When you have a chance Hyram I would really appreciate a video dedicated to over oily, acne prone, middle age skin LOL. Every acne cleanser I use stripes the skin of oil so my face drys out. Then I feel like my skin over produces oil to combat the dryness.( yes I moisturize after). Any of the moisturizing skin cleansers do not seem to clean enough and I break out. IF anyone else in the comments could help or recommend things I would be grateful!!! I have very little money so please suggest things that are reasonably priced. Thanks so much.

Try Neutrogena’s Hydro Boost Cleanser! I have combination skin but I have acne and like you, every acne cleanser I use strips my skin off its oils. My dad liked it and decided to make it his daily one too. It made my skin feel moisturized but not oily. Just perfect. PS. It won’t clear up your acne though (Also Hyram approved cleanser)

I bought the bare republic spray mineral sunscreen for working 2019 potato harvest with my little brother. We were out in the sun for hours every single day. I did a ton of research about sunscreens and wanted a mineral spray on. My skin is pretty oily and I get breakouts pretty frequently. I was honestly surprised that it didn’t give me any more acne. My face actually was looking better at the end of harvest than before I started. It did leave a bit of a white cast but that didn’t bother me. Overall a great sunscreen that I’ll repurchase.

Another good drugstore option that is actually for broke people is the Walgreens sensitive skin sunscreen spf 50...it's a combination sunscreen. It's really great so far and only 3$. Fragrance free oil free oxybenzone free. Minimal white cast

I used the neutrogena sunscreen today. I’m blown away by the results after one application. It took away all of the redness and irritation in my skin. I still have breakouts that need more time to heal but my face feels so much better already.

The best advice I have ever gotten regards depression is that you do not need to be on top of everything all the Time ;) so don't beat yourself up stay strong and concentrate on doing 1 thing at a time may it be getting out of bed, getting dressed or washing your face just take it 1 thing at a time. Take care and get better soon
don’t beat yourself up over something you have no control over, your here and that’s all the matters. do that skincare when u feel motivated and okay enough to do so, don’t poly pressure on urself 💓💓

oh my goodnessss here’s a horror facial sunscreen story. so i was going to disneyland and i was super excited! knowing how the weather was in Anaheim we decided to put sunscreen all over my body and FACE. the next day my face BROKE OUT in hives and it was so scary. My skin PUFFED up and was BURNED. It got bigger a bigger but once i got back to seattle to the rainy weather, my skin all cleared up again. btw i was 8. Also, nothing worked, we tried aloe, it broke me out even more. back then my skin was super sensitive, now my skin is very oily and not as sensitive as it use to be, although i break out in hormonal acne A LOT it goes away within a week. i practiced on what skin care items worked for me throughout middle school and now that i’m in high school i know exactly what to use!
