    With 1.728 Volts as CPU VCore as shown in the H/W monitor in the BIOS ( 23:50 ), you can expect the CPU to fail very soon as this voltage is too high and should normally be around 1.3 ~ 1.5 Volts. Maybe a BIOS/microcode update fixes it. You could also try undervolting manually using Throttlestop if supported.

    you should have watched some videos to learn how to install a motherboard and CPU. what your doing is incorrectly
