Beautiful work, well crafted with all the attention to detail. I'm so happy that you used real rivets, the hollow pop rivets are trash, these brass ones you used are meant to last a lifetime. All of my leather work uses copper rivets and it makes the quality so much nicer. My only recommendation is to spend a little more time folding the edges down so the whole top is rolled down to the bur and looks like the top of a mushroom. This will prevent snags and scrapes

I made it for my girlfriend and she loved it. She wants me to add a zipper on this bag. I am very new to this. Can you give me a slight idea as to how I can do that? Thank you.
im happy that she loved it. Adding zipper after your done making the bag might be a bit difficult, i would suggest a magnetic snap or snap button. Hope its helps :D
