I build this wallet with 5/6 buffalo and 2/3 veg tan. I added a glued scrap piece to the back of pocket/bill piece. This made this piece of the wallet closer to 5/6 oz rather than 2/3. There was enough room and wallet sits flat made the edges thick which looks really nice. My only issue was I thread used 1.0 mm was thread wax thread. I believe after watching the video you used .6 or .8? I only ask because my card pockets are tight as hell. I am still working on the card pockets in and I believe they will be fine. Thank you for free pattern gives me the confidence to try some different T-pockets. I saw the size leather you used in the description maybe adding leather thickness and thread size to your free pattern will help others build this.

What is the name of the type of leather used, is it natural or synthetic, and how do I get it?

Great work, looks clean and professional. However you might consider putting pockets on both sides, in the inside next time. I do this and attach them to the bottom rivets of the handles. Women don't like bags without pockets or a top closure I found out.

Why you put side ring inside?

Hi, amazing video!! Thanks for the pattern. How much space do you recommend making the stitch holes away from the edge? How much space should be fine? Because I can see you mark it first before punching them, I'm just wondering how far away from the edge that mark is.

hi, starting at 3:00, you start punching the stitching holes on the card insert and then the stitching holes on the main piece, but separately. i was wondering how you can make sure the holes will exactly line up after you glue them?
