Living in humid environments, mold is a fact of life. I life in FL and our sidewalks and patios get absolutely green. A pressure wash a few times a year takes care of that. Black mold appears in humid rooms like the bathroom & laundry room. I think I made a study of mold when I first moved in because I freaked out but it is easily cleaned.
For the mold just get a cleaning cloth and place some chlorine on it. Then place the cloth piece on a broom and clean the ceiling. Air the room in order to get rid of the smell after you are done. You will get rid of the mold for some weeks or months if you are lucky. It will come back though eventually.
alyssa young Mold needs to be conpletely removed and cleaned from the outer of the rooftop first. They have special mold removers and other extra water proofing staff to keep the mold away from growing again. That costs lots of money and some house owners will refuse to do it. ( I know from experience since we cleaned our house from lots of mold in the past) If they refuse to do it then you use the chlorine method. It is not a permanent solution, but it can help in this case.

OMGoodness I got the giggles with the garbage map. Wow. That’s awesome. So many details! But seriously how cool! Barely anyone around here recycles. It’s quite sad. Love please don’t store your food in the fridge with the pot. Metals and or if it has Teflon can leech into your food. Glass... is perfect for storage. Large mason jars are great for that. Plus you don’t want to reheat your food over and over. What a large place! I love Japan. I wish I could live there. I adore the culture. I adore the curtsies they expect from each other. When I met my husband I had my living room table set up just like your dinning table. I was 22 when I met him. He walked into my home and asked if my mum was coming home in time for dinner. I laughed. No why? He’s like wait. This is your home? I was like sure is? Why? He’s like it looks like an older adult lives here. I was like. What did you expect? He’s like at your age... sorry but way less than what you have. I was like... I don’t know if I should be happy or feel insulted. We’ve been together for 19 years. Married for 16.

You can get silks and drape them on your ceiling
It's so big! I lived in a Leo Palace with a loft. It was very small. And more expensive than what you are paying.
I love it, especially with this price!
Thank you moving to okinawa japan in June me and my son
Great apartment for only 200 dollars, congratulations!
Damn not a bad setup at all.. Japan is such a trip!
It's funny out of all the tours of I have seen of Japanese apartments, nobody uses the fish griller, or knows how. BTW your kitchen is bigger then mine.
Your so soft spoken🥰
Thank you for this video!!
Once again cheaper then the netherlands. I pay about 350 a month in a small town here. And this is the least desireable area of the country argueably.
I say again bc on another video a guy commented he rents a 2 story house for 800$ 30 minutes from the central tokyo metro station.
Wow! $800 in Tokyo for a house seems like a good deal.
@@logiebear it was just north of tokyo, i dont remember the name of that city, but still about 30-40 minutes from the central metro station. Im guessing with the metro too.
Love this video! Little cute home. A lot of people trying to live very lavish and out of their means which is not always the best idea! This video seemed very holsom and nice. Loved it and the hoem.seemed so cozy! I just read you dont live there anymore. Where ever you live now I hope you're enjoying your self! 😊
Can you pls make a video about JET program..thanks 😊
I want to! Is there anything specific that you're curious about but haven't see many videos about?
@@logiebear I'm interested in trying the JET program or another similar program, so I would love to hear what your job is like/what exactly you do every day, how the whole process went for you, what your life is like in Japan, and really any other details you think are a big deal.
@@0matas0 Thanks for the ideas! I'll keep that in mind.
Never seen someone smile for so long
