I've had to pair over and over again BC each time it's different. I went thru your exercise but no pulsing light (batteries are good). So annoying to have to keep up on this. Thxs for your video in the meantime.

Does your remote battery dies after 2weeks or 1week after with or without using it? Because mine dies after a week or days that’s why I bought the chargeable battery
No, this isn't normal. I haven't had this issue myself. I'm still using the batteries it came with.

My device only displays the letter G on the television. I tried resetting to factory settings by pressing the button for a few seconds. The light remains on and the process does not happen. I do not know what else to do.
If you're still having this issue you may need to power it down for a few minutes then try again. Power it down by unplugging it from all ends for at least 5 minutes.
Ok so I followed these steps but my remote still won’t connect it won’t even pop up on the screen to even pair with it. I turned off all my Bluetooth devices so it won’t interfere and still nothing .
If you're not seeing a light on the remote you may need to check the batteries. If you are getting a light sometimes it takes more than one try. Took me two tries at first.
I'm getting a steady white light on my remote & it won't go away. Even when it does & I press a button it comes right back
If the remote is showing the steady light and it's not working the steps in this video should work. If it's showing a steady light but it's working, maybe time to change the batteries.

Problem I ran into was I had a pair of earbuds paired, and they were first in the list. I did not have a way to move the selector down to the remote so it would not pair.
I got around this by getting the phone app, and moving the selector down . Google ought to go thru the list of devices and give each a little time to pair, to avoid this.
