The audio is terrible! The producer's decision to set the onboard audio and radio volume levels equal to the commentary makes it really hard to listen and understand. I would prefer that the onboard was muted whenever announcers are speaking, as is normal for the Tour de France. They could also split the audio into two channels. SpaceX uses this technique with separate channels for launch commentary and mission control audio. Btw, I'm not confused about the source of the sounds, only the balance of the feed volumes.
AM has a feature which unintentionally whistles as the apparent wind increases when underway at speed. It is loud and increases in pitch with the higher wind speeds. I don’t know but it is probably from their standing rigging. They also gave a component in their hydraulic system which sounds like a cow trying to give birth which the other boats don’t have.

Great to watch these races, thank you!
Much better than a '3 Hour Tour'. At least I got a race to watch.
Makes me proud to be British. Fabulous racing all round

I think it might be the wind on the sail

@@reallyoldfatgit i guess making the boat less noisy isn't their main concern

@@dwardio ah, I’m sorry if you found my comment patronising. You are right, they could be cleverer with the audio.

Never imagine the sailboats could give the chase boats a workout.
