    Perfect video for me ! You saved my life with all the information provided here my friend. I have not been able to drive my 2002 Tacoma for the last 2 weeks , because of all the super dirty particles coming out of the ac outlets. And i had no idea how to replace the cabin filter. Now feel confident , after I saw your video. Thank you so much for your efforts in bringing to us this very helpful information. Your friend from Puerto Rico ( USA ) , Edwin Oliveras.

    If the air blew upward as you said , wouldn't the dirt and leaves blow up threw vents ? The dirt wasn't on the under side , it was on top. I'm guessing the fan would suck the air downward pulling leaves and dirt onto the filter.

    The dirt would be on the inlet side of the filter, the air is down flow, you put your filter in upside down, The person that changed the previous filter put theirs in upside down too.

    🤦‍♂️ Let me ask you a question....If you say the air flow goes up why is all the dirtyness on top of the filter when you pulled the old one out?? 🤣🤣🤣

      I know. I know. The arrow is just which way up the filter should go not the flow of air. 😀

      @anton1949 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@DIYReid No, the arrow is showing the direction of air flow, which is down. The arrow goes down.

    The hardest part is reconnecting the glove compartment box and you don't show how to do that!
