      Yeah, if you willing to go back to the USA before the 2-year periods! You will be required to get waiver certificate to get another type of working VISA!

      Oh thank you, and one more thing, i researched alot if I am subject to two year rule it does not prevent me from going to usa on f-1 visa it will only stop me for h and L type of visa but i can go on f-1 is that correct?

    For Bio-data, educational qualification will have all my experiences in India as well or only my educational background in the US? I did my bachelors and masters in India.

      It doesn’t matter where you did your study. You will have to provide educational details of bachelors onwards

      Home department means ( Ministry of home states) Gor example, Amit Shah is the minister of home at Country level. Similarly, every satate has their own home department, you can easily find address of your respective states!

      YOUR residency in the USA can only be notorized by Indian consulate office in the USA. So you need to send the all prerequisite documents to them either by you or by your friends in the USA.
