You can tell Jeff genuinely enjoys teaching. He's having fun and at the time same, being patient enough with someone new to boxing. Not arrogant with his teachings. Need more teachers like Jeff.
I really like you taking someone more inexperienced and teaching your viewers with them. You get to see all the common mistakes someone would make learning the technique and address them as you film the video. It makes it alot easier to learn. You should keep teaching techniques using this format.
I trained Eduardo back in 2016 when I was a boxing coach. Very humble guy and tough . In the Gym he was given the name ‘Buckshot” a very interesting story about that name but only he can tell. I’m glad god put him in a good place in Boxing
When he said he didn’t know what was happening but he still blocked it, that was cool, was literally seeing the muscle memory and natural instinct beginning to grow
I should of had learned boxing a long time ago. Common sense tells you to move your body to block body punches with your elbows without moving your whole arm and being exposed

I feel like I just watched that guy become a much better fighter in 3 minutes.

Jeff sounds like Ronnie Coleman
And this is exactly why i think tyron Woodley took a dive. JS.
He should've took lessons on how to catch instead of dropping his hands
