- In 2023 the name Sam Sulek would infiltrate the lives of everyone who was the least bit involved with the fitness industry. You could not scroll through any social media app, without seeing Sam's likeness and image...He was inescapable.
Having generated a mass discussion in the fitness industry that hadn't been seen before, anything that related to Sam Sulek would absolutely take off almost instantly.
This is what I like to call, the "Sam Sulek Effect"

The steroids well that's his choice hey. There is success in that space, if you want to do bodybuilding steroids are apart of that world. Yes he is 21 but he has said it's all he cares about so let him be. It's his life....he knows the risks.....he's a smart kid. He is also an adult. He can choose what he wants to do and not do. Pressure from failed bodybuilders to me is cringe. To me they are jealous of his early success when it took them years and years to get a following. Which is pretty sad really

Quality of calories is not a thing. It's a unit of energy. What you mean is essentially sugar intake. Sugar is not good for you obviously, so eating stuff with no or little sugar is "better" than eating doughnuts, but the calories, if equal are the same and neither is better than the other. Calories in-calories out IS a real thing. Once again, let's stop mythicizing weight gain and weight loss. Also, obviously healthy foods contain vitamins etc, but Sam supplements those. The gear is what's fucking him up.

As soon as Sam was signed he stopped dressing like hes homeless in the gym. That was the funniest thing because he started wearing Hosstile gear instead of his usual Goodwill pump covers.
