Hi Ben. Appreciate your videos so much. One question. On a 2005 BGRA Honda transmission, what does Linear/CPC solenoid C do. Thanks so much. Excellent Videos!!!
I appreciate your effort in doing this rebuild series and the time it took to put out. With it I was able rebuild my MAXA, but I think i might have installed the reverse lock up ring upsidedown. 😅 When shifting to reverse from park it still behaves like it's in park, then neutral behaves like its in park. Once you get to D4 it engages as expected, then going back to N it'll shift into it fine, but won't shift into R on the way back to P. Does that sound like I installed it upsidedown? I did swap the reverse solenoid to a known good one to rule that out and it behaved the same. I figured I'd ask before removing the transmission again. Could there be anything else that might cause reverse to behave like that?
Thanks for the video. I plan to buy a 99 v6 accord for cheap with a transmission down. Your informations will be precious. Do tou know where i can find the book corresponding to this transmission? An a good adress to buy a rebuild kit who ships to France ? I subscribe, really want to see new projects
Hi Ben, I have a 06 Odyssey, BGRA transmission, that will operate correctly when cold for about two miles, then will start slipping and won't move in either forward or reverse. Shut off the engine wait a couple minutes, then restart and forward & reverse work for another, but shorter time. Any advice is appreciated.
hi so i have a question. do you know how to disable the auto deceleration thing that happens when you let off the gas. i have a jswap civic and everything works but it wants to throw you in the dash when you let off the gas. the civic is 800lb lighter and the effect is just too strong now.

Filter is clogging up you will need to disassemble the transmission to replace. Might as well rebuild
