I used a chocolate Buttercream inspired by the perfectly chocolate chocolate frosting by Hersheys. 1/2 lb melted butter 1 1/3 C Cocoa Powder (mix in stand mixer with whisk attachment) 6 - 6 1/2 C sifted Powdered Sugar 1/2 + 2 Tbsp milk (room temp) (alternately add until you get the correct texture ) 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 pinch of salt add and whip a little extra

What size are your cake layers? Is it better to have a 4 layers 7 inch or 3 layers 8 inch cake. Taller and thinner or shorter and fatter?
