These are probably safe. They were Ontario in name only and made in Taiwan. The Ontario factory in New York that made the fixed blades is out of business but was bought by blue ridge like you said. Hopefully we will continue to see all their line still made. Very good stuff at an entry level price.

Nice video. Thank you. My only issue: You kept covering up/touching / moving the knives around, it was hard to get a visual comparison. The knives should be the star of the video, not your beautiful hands, lol
