Thanks so much for the tutorial. Great job finishing. It is so fun to watch the collaboration with you guys. Awesome job Kimberly. You are way too cute and Thanks Priscilla for teaching us how.
After seeing Priscilla's decorating she's talented. One of those ladies we wannabe like. Lol... When her daughter was recanting how when she was young her mom would make everyone on the team t-shirts, I knew her, that person, above the crowd. Our kids with simple Barrettes in their hair and their daughters with homemade spectacular bows! But we are so lucky that she shares her talents with us, and empowers us to make something pretty beautiful, thank you.
Kimberley.. your finish is really nice. Thanks for doing this video. I thought it would be much more involved but now I’m thinking it’s something I could actually do. ❤️ Megan
I just found this video and love it!!! It was just like being there having someone give you step by step instructions as you go. I can really relate to Kimberly. This would have been the way I interacted with Priscilla too.
I love how it turned out and is encouraging to be able to really finish and be able to see and display our finished cross stitching! I learn and remember so much better seeing instead of reading the manual/instructions. Beautiful. And fun to combine crafts - Stitching, quilting fabric, etc. :-)
Oh my gosh!!! It looks really easy and the finishing are plain amazing!!!!!! Thank you so very much Priscilla, Chelsea and Kimberly for taking the time to make this tutorial, which I have been eagerly waiting since... forever!!!!!!! Love it, love it, love it!!! 😘😘😘😘😘😍😍😍😍
Beautiful job ladies! You all are wonderful and have inspired so many cross stitchers. I've stitched for years and still learn great tips from you all!
Oh my... I tried finishing one of mine today for a wedding gift... I used the sticky board wrong! Guess I should have waited until tomorrow! Haha It still turned out nice though so I can't complain. But now I know an easier way for the other 4 I have stitched but need finished and all the UFO's I am currently working on! Thanks so much Kimberly, Priscilla & Chelsea! You guys rock!!! By the way... I also used a rotary cutter with an old blade to cut my sticky board Kimberly! :)
Great video, Kimberly! I'm a little OCD like you when it comes to measuring and cutting so it was good to see you measure and cut this yourself! Priscilla and Chelsey are amazing cross-stitchers and so creative! I'm glad that I found your channel...take care!
An alternative to hot glue is to use the 2-sided needlework tape that finishers use to stick the fabric to a hard surface. Cathy Haberman of Hands On Design has a video where she demos using the tape. Needlework shops should carry it.
I’m going to Hobby Lobby today to get my supplies! I have been waiting for this finishing video! Thank you Priscilla and Kimberly for making this look so easy! I’m excited!!!
Awesome, Kimberly. See you CAN finish your own projects. Of course, having Priscilla right bedside you was a great help for your first project. :) Good teaching Priscilla!
What a great idea! I quilt more than cross stitch, however I’m going to use this framing idea for small wall quilts and antique blocks. I’m so excited. The possibilities are endless. Thank you for the inspiration!
Thank you for the great tutorial! I have been stitching for a long time and have a pile of projects to finish but after watching FQS and Stitching with the Housewives since last spring I now feel confident I can finish most of them myself and only get a few framed. I love how cute Priscilla's finishes are.
Thank you Kimberly and Priscilla & Chelsea for this video!! I have been hoping to see how Priscilla finishes all her gorgeous work! Your finished piece looks great!! This will go on my favorites and trust me Kimberly I would be a lot slower than you!! Priscilla makes it look so easy!! Thank you again!!!
Great job! A fast and easy way to finish a seasonal Maynia project. They sell silicone fingertips for ironing and they would probably insulate your fingers from the hot glue, too. A beautiful finish! 🤩🤩🤩
Great job Kimberly. Loved this!!!! The corners have always been awkward for me but I’m def going to glue those down first now!!! Thanks for the tips Priscilla!!
Great tutorial!!! I have finished about 3 projects that way so I am glad to see I have been doing them correctly. Great instructions Priscilla. Kimberly good job of cutting and I liked how you outlined your stitched piece making it easier to center on the mounting board. Lynn
I absolutely love how you finished your project! I just purchased 2 pictures from Hobby Lobby's clearance section and painted over the design to use for backing a couple of my projects.
Great job! I really needed that, as I hope to finish a stitched Christmas gift this week, and was wondering how I would finish it!!! Thanks so much for the wonderful video❤️
Loved this! After watching, I might be able to do this. When I was in college I worked at a book binder. The corners that you are doing is exactly how we did corners on rebinding the books! 📚 I know Kimberly talks about being tall. I am wondering how tall Priscilla is? You all inspire me!
Thank you Pricilla for teaching us how to make our cross stitch prettier!!!!
I loved this video! Priscilla THREW Kimberly totally out of her comfort zone. You gals have so much fun together.
