Yep you grow out biology in aged compost inoculate your cover crop seed so the roots and feed the biology keeping it alive only way to build soil fast and I use leaf mulch to cover my cover crop seed and mulch for the summer vegetable make sure the biology has plenty to digest throughout the year plus non stop plant exudates
