im split on this one because i do believe her when she said he was a fast talker that told her he would do everything she was asking for the 1200 . he also testified earlier in the case that he was never told about the garage and then later in the case he admitted that she did show him the garage and he did not want to include it in the total price but i dont think he fully communicated that to her and she thought she was signing something that only pertained to the lawn because thats probably how he presented it to her and he took advantage of her language barriers . the judge was right to be suspicious about this not being his first lawsuit because he most likely has done this to alot of elderly people and people who do not understand reading and writing english very well . he probably only picks the jobs with people he can get over on .

Plus, I have to say that $1,200 for that entire job was an unbelievably good price. I paid $1,700 for a yard clean-up that was much less than that. Now, I live in an expensive area, but still.
