Even though the cleaning instructions were on all of them, I uses to Google the fabrics prior to cleaning, to ensure I knew what I was doing. My eye is telling me that jacket was exposed to a heat source of some sort. Not sure why it was only in some areas of jacket, but I also am not familiar with all the equipment in a dry cleaners.

I used to have one of those down filled coat like that. The cleaning instructions were very clear. Machine wash only--warm water. DO NOT dry clean.
