Bro, if you have the cord you literally hook it up to your play station, move it around for like a minute or so and when you unplug it, it should be synced up entirely, this is a back up option if you already have another controller synced to the PlayStation

I just nearly had a fit connecting my new controller!
My old one has water damage, but I had to use it to turn the ps5 back on so I could go to the settings and add the new one.
So I managed to connect the new one, but the old one was still connected, and it kept going crazy and doing stuff on the ps5, so I had no choice but to take the power cord out of the back which obviously you shouldn't do but as I said i had no choice. So then I had to wait for the old one to die because it kept turning on the ps5, but once it did, I turned the ps5 on with the new controller, and now it works so smoothly.
Finally!!! 😃 👍 ✌️ 🍻

if i doesn’t work, and you had the remote connected before, but it doesn’t connect now
go to bluetooth accessories and remote the non working controller from there.
then get the non working controller and put it in syncing mode and it should appper.
