Lore: After the 1987th time Mario saved Peach from Bowser, he finally got fed up with life and having to always save the princess, he started to go insane. Because of his insanity, he had the urge to kill. He thought Toad would be an easy victim. One night, he lured him into the room with the piano. He grabbed a kitchen knife, and stabbed Toad to death. He realized what he just did, and had to find someplace to hide his body that no one would look. He realized that you can actually open a piano, so he hid Toad's body in the piano, and slammed it shut. The next day, he went into the piano room and saw the piano moving and leaking blood. He knew that he was the reason why it was possessed, and was freaked out by it. He also killed a few more Toads, for some reason. He stuffed their body's into piranha plants, knowing that if they possessed them, they couldn't do anything, since they were stuck in pots. The next day, Peach bought a new castle and they moved there. A couple years later, Mario decided to burn down the old Castle, without telling anyone. Because he did this, the souls of the Toads he murdered came out and chased Mario. Mario went into the burning building and quickly put on a metal cat suit that he made a couple years ago. He ran out the building as fast as he could, and sat on the ground next to it. He thought the ghosts of the Toads couldn't do anything to him. But the suit, however, had chemicals leaking in it, probably because there might have been a gas leak somewhere in the old castle. Because of the chemicals, Mario died in the suit, and the suit became more and more rusty, it would become impossible to even get out of the suit because you wouldn't be able to move anything in it. I don't really feel like continuing this story, and also I don't know 40% lore.
Now mario is back and now he is in this rebuilt castle. He lookin for someone to kill. After, someone BURNT THE CASTLE. now mario escaped the old suit and wore a new suit
I remember this song, you had to kill 5 baby penguins then you would go into the slide area to find a purple pipe and once you go in the pipe you have to fight a purple penguin. Good times.
