we live in a fair world. remains irrelevant what they say or claim, people can say whatever they want to. if u think u had acquired ur visa via legal means. have record of what they claim. my suggestion (do not act like what our granpas used to do when treated unjust and argue) get ur stuff have record of what happened and leave. as further confirmation have the same thing reported to airport nodal officer as well and have it recorded. as per dgca rule. if airlines causes u to miss flight 200% compensation + flight in 24 hours if airport 400% compensation upto 20k. u can further 1st register in cpg portal as greivance if they dont apologise and refund u everything that u prepaid and missed cuz u were not allowed boarding register in consumer forum which u can do online (not sure if u have to physically be present when hearing date arrives. never had to go this extreme personally. )

Entry and exit point in vietnam evisa should be same as flight tickets booked.
