For your information, I left my wrist watch in TSA Bin when I was going to catch the Air India flight of 7.40 PM from Bangalore to Delhi. You please advise me specifically, where to lodge the complaint.
I don't think you can lodge a complaint or even if you do, it will be fruitful. Many people check in at once, if you leave something on the counter, someone else can pick it up easily. So be very careful the next time. Once I was about to loose my passport during the security check process.

If it's power glasses and doesn't have much metal in it then you can wear it through the security.

If it is battery-operated, take out the batteries and put it in your checked luggage. Of it's rechargeable then pack it in your carry-on

Thanks for reaching out. It depends upon your destination. If it's a domestic flight it's okay, but if it's an international flight, no homemade food will be allowed.

If you are moving abroad, bringing those things won't help as the voltage and plug system of different countries varies. However, if you bring them, put it in your carry.

You can pack your mobile charger in your carry-on luggage for your flight. Packing it in checked luggage is not allowed.

You can. If there is no place in your handbag, wear those jackets, and at the time of security check put it in a separate bin and pass it through the security.

Carry it on your hand luggage and inform the authorities. Please do not put it in your check-in as that might cause delay in luggage transportation as they might open your luggage in your absence. I think it's better to buy another gift for your friend. 😁
