Not seeing egg white vaginal discharge does not automatically mean you’re not ovulating. It is not every woman that gets the ovulation mucus and they are still perfectly fine, they ovulate. So because you don’t get the egg white discharge anymore doesn’t mean you are no longer ovulating.
You need to go to the hospital and do complete hormonal tests to know how your hormones are, and pelvic scan to assess your uterus. These tests will help find out why you are having difficulty conceiving.
