I disagree with saturated fats. Saturated fats are vwry important especially in pregnancy. Fat is NOT bad its good and we need it especially for brain development. Drink the whole milk, eat the butter and fatty meats....limit are avoid the sugars and processed carbs.
So basically no fun in life anymore!! 😂. I'm joking. But i do struggle with less caffeine tho. And i miss drinking my glass of red wine. But everything for a healthy baby ❤

Don't quit yet. It won't affect your baby. It's a way of exercising your body but if you feel tired about it you can go ahead
