good afternoon my Dr the last scan I did shows that I have intramural fibroid masses and the largest located in the posterior wall measuring 5.5cm x4.7cm and I am not feeling any pain but ever since I had my last evaluation which is may 2023 still now I hace not been able to get pregnant am really worried abd my gy did not say anything about it all he was say is to go and try again am tired.please what can I do.I need your advice I will be 35 years by march this year.Please I need your response Dr.
The fibroid is located at where your baby is supposed to implant, that is probably the reason you had the miscarriage. I will suggest you see another gynea for a different suggestion considering your age. You can't just go and keep trying with a scan result that indicates you need attention. My advice is for you to consult another gynecologist, show him your result and hear his opinion.
I have ask my GN he said is not in my womb and the size is 4cm but he did not say anything about it he just said I have nothing to worry about because I have been trying to concieve since my last evacuation and he gave me ovumine and m2 tone tablet
Drugs that stimulate ovulation are clomid, letrozole and the rest of them, but your doctor needs to prescribe the drugs for you before you can take them, because they come with side effects and risks.

If the fibroid is not inside the womb like he said, then you have nothing to worry about.
