I have a question. I had TB this year and completed 6 months. But one tablets which was pyrazimaid which used to treat TB was affecting my liver too much so doctor replaced it with levofloxacin. Now i have UTI and doctor gave me Levofloxacin for 10 days. And my TB doc said that there is risk of Having TB again, so in future if i was daignosed TB again, will there be the resistance of Levofloxacin ????? Please tell me
Feeling like there's blood in your lungs, especially when exerting yourself, is a serious symptom that requires immediate medical attention. Drug-resistant tuberculosis (TB) is a complex condition that cannot be treated effectively with over-the-counter medications. It's crucial to consult a healthcare provider who can prescribe the appropriate antibiotics and treatment regimen, and to avoid self-medicating, as this could worsen the condition. Please seek medical help as soon as possible.
