We highly recommend hiring a guide to explore this park! Check the link in the description for the guide we used.

That looked a like a very nice hike. We love the monkey scene. All the other animal were pretty cool. How long was that hike? You recommend a tour guide why? The beach looks so refreshing and the food looks delicious. Is food expensive there?

You could spend all day there, it was so cool! You definitely want a tour guide to spot all the animals, they are very camouflaged so you'd never see them if you didn't have someone with a trained eye.

I'm so happy for you. I was there without a guide. Be sure to visit the cloud forest and not just tropical forest.

Unrelated question, but which car rental agency did you use for your road trip?

Wow! Insane that they're herbivores but only poop once a week. Doesn't their food digest fast if its just plants? Thanks for the lesson.

Because they move so little, and ultimately eat so little, it takes a long time for them to convert that energy and digest food. They sleep a ridiculous amount and only move a short distance when they are awake! They are fascinating!
