    Thank you for all your videos that teach us drills. Becoming more efficient in each discipline makes the sport more enjoyable.

    I've been out of training (mostly) for 4 months due to hernia surgery recovery and some unfortunate work demands/scheduling conflicts. I love watching these videos getting ready to jump back into daily training. Thanks Taren for keeping triathlon taren up and going.

    Thanks for this training. Very useful. But I like almost all your videos... You produce a nice variety.

    So cool to see a new piece of gear (step ladder thing) and it’s probably not too expensive.

    I am interested in information related to the dungeon build- how did you heat it/insulate the garage. How is it setup? Is there a video that runs through it/the transition from the old office to here?

    • @TriathlonTaren
      @TriathlonTaren  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's fully insulated like a house, including in the "attic", and there is heat in there, yes. It's very very toasty. Too toasty sometimes, hence air conditioning in the summer. There isn't one transition video but if you go back to my videos from Kona last year, when we returned from Kona is when we began the build. (The old one was demolished right before Kona if memory serves.)

    Just found this and very grateful. How many reps per workout session would you recommend? Thanks!

    Hey Taren, I am getting one of these ladders but I have also build a box for doing box jumps to build strength. Any chance you are doing the same?
