Evelyn, this is such a brilliant reminder that thriving doesn’t have to mean burnout. Your energy inventory tip is pure gold-I can already see how it’ll help my Notion Navigators refocus and fuel up. Thank you for sharing your wisdom so openly-it’s exactly the kind of intentional inspiration we all need! 💖 Merry Christmas lovely 🎄 ❤
Thank you for being such a great role model for your members (which I’m privileged to be). I’m grateful I found you (or your ads found me!) I’m excited for the upcoming year, thank you for everything ❤
Thanks Evelyn! I especially like the "I get to..." mindset. By the way, my wife sends this comment for cold sores "take L-Lysin daily! it works so well I can’t believe nobody talks about it"
Your insights are so helpful - I particularly enjoyed the reminder about the power of positive self-talk! It’s something I talk to myself and my clients about all the time, it makes such a powerful difference to self esteem. But your point that positive self talk actually gives you energy to tackle your work is another super helpful reframe. ❤
I just created a special 'stuck' journal to go through the steps (1-4) you outline here. I think it will be a game changer for me. Thanks so much for this!
Awesome insight into your way of keeping up your energy levels. It is also valuable to learn that you’ve come a long way and due to that learned to master it 💎 Love the „I GET to do this“ approach. Though I am not the biggest fan of the eat the 🐸 approach. At least for me it could waste my whole day energetically when I am doing something energy draining at the beginning my day or even would not look forward to starting my day at all. For me I know that I am super productive and inspired in the morning so I plan in or do things that I can work through fast (in a Power Hour) or I have my planning or inspo sessions. The frogs are then rather for the afternoon 😂

What a brilliant video, Evelyn!
So many great insights.
I keep thinking about “making my own fuel” and using visualization to push through resistance…
Evelyn you are so amazing. I am so grateful for you ❤
Thank you so much for the comment and beautiful feedback 🤗
I too get that weird resistance to myself doing things at certain times 😂
