    This is helpful info. One thing I’m curious about are the HOA dues for these communities. I’ve noticed that some are quite expensive. More amenities, higher cost, which is understandable.

      Some do not have a owners association like the Desert Hills area. The other communities range anywhere from $85 up to 300 monthly depending on whether it is gated, has amenities, or if it was the 55+ active adult community.
