You gotta try designing an encounter with the Slide Rock Bolter, a gigantic whale that was first spotted by miners in the 1800s who claimed to have witnessed this beast eat anything that came into its path. With its sharp teeth, piercing hooks, and ability to quickly slide down the mountainside, the killer Bolter is believed to be behind missing hikers and tourists though it’s never been proven. I’d love to see you design this cryptid Boylei Hobby as it would fit into your Wild West :3
I always love the little exchanges between the monsters and people in these dioramas. The chorus of "It was three." made me literally laugh out loud. Great work as always!
“…and now the word static has no meaning to me”. 😂Creepiest Wild West monster yet imo, but looks like it met its match! And the visual components of the final build are so pleasing and compelling. Great job!!
Impressive; both the idea, and the execution! And don't be too hard on yourself for the spartan look of the teepees. If this group of warriors are monster hunters, it kind of makes sense that their mobile camp would be plain and simple, rather than richly decorated in the manner of a more permanent encampment. And thanks for that sneak-peek of next week's project - it looks especially intriguing . . . .
are there any personal rules that you follow when deciding what creatures to put in, and not put into this world? or is it just whatever you're feeling?
My boys and I discovered you channel at the beginning of March. Joseph is 4 and Samuel is 3. We have watched almost all of your videos. We have about 10 left. Joseph has been building models and dioramas this whole time. Thank you for inspiring my little artist.
My daughter and I love watching your weekly creations on Sunday evening, it's a great way to cap off the weekend together and see some incredible crafting. Thanks for all the fun and joy you give us!
I'd love to see a old fort, maybe a town expansion, with a stockade and some trading setups! Would really be cool, since those old forts are such a staple of the west.
Thanks for another great video, Boylei! Your work is always inspiring and pushing me to make cooler things. Your Weird West videos are always so intriguing, it's very cool to visualize a battle with a giant centipede of all things. Keep up the inspiring work!
I really love how you just let things happen and play with the colors and hews and eventually end up with these beautiful ( and odc traumatizing ) projects. What a gift you have. And wonderful that you share your talent with all of us. Thank you so much
Neat concept. I do agree the camp layout leaves something to be desired and the trees don't quite look like Colorado trees to me, but otherwise really nice work! I really like the way you did the grass and pineneedle buildup with the flock!
I love and appreciate the fact that you chose to represent a tribe in an area that they live as well as use a tribe that actually uses tipis. Love the research and effort!
Hey Boylei, looks fantastic as always, love the little teaser for next week! 👍🏻 Also wondering if you have a P.O. Box or something similar if people want to send you stuff?
Love The Old West Builds! Man I live east of The Springs, Hope one of the Giants don't show up out here! LOL! Your work is always ART my friend! I save all of Your Wonderful Board Stories! There Amazing!! Thank You!
Awesome- have been closely observing my own giant centipede that sits on my desk in a large display tank, for the last few months, so this diorama really ticks boxes for me! Now I’m thinking of new possible tank ‘decorations’ to give a new theme to the setting 😂
I kinda just want to have an entire lore video with all the little bits and pieces of dioramas and whole buncha description. The way you manage to grab my attention with this stuff is kinda freaky but cool. Can’t get enough
Always a pleasure to see another addition to your Wild Imaginary West world. Love the dialogue between the characters; I'm inclined to disbelieve the centipede's account as well.
I have that exact centipede mini!!! it's cool seeing it in one of your videos event though that thing was a nightmare to paint. yours turned out great!!! very centipede-y
This was awesome! I love the guy on the back of the centipede 😂 We get bugs called House Centipedes here, and despite the name, they do not belong in the house. Ever.
I used to live in southwest USA and in the desert we would find giant desert centipedes in our house during summer… one time I had house guests over and one of them got bit. Centipede was hanging on his towel. One of the many reasons I’ve moved to colder weather

Did you perhaps hear about this from Bob on Distractible
Sounds like a fun episode of boylei hobby time!
I just looked it up and that would be awesome. He'd definitely nail that diorama.
I hate it when that happens
Wasn't it a giant fish?

Wow, that centipede looks alive. The coloring is perfect!
I noticed the guy sitting casualy on back of giant centipede and I was like, yeah, sure, there is always one of this kind in the tribe.

I love the little conversation they had 😂
Great build and vid
Wow, that looks fantastic! Can’t believe how creative you are and maintain to be
You can always go back and add some artwork and weathering to the teepees!
But I do love this diorama!!!
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️
Thanks for another great video, Boylei! Your work is always inspiring and pushing me to make cooler things. Your Weird West videos are always so intriguing, it's very cool to visualize a battle with a giant centipede of all things. Keep up the inspiring work!
Very cool diorama build. The centipede is legit creepy. I love the final battle setup with the warrior up top. Great stuff.
These are amazing. The details, the backstory, absolutely stunning
Nice tease for next week...
I’m very happy that your posting more
It's phenomenal to watch this project slowly reach completion throughout the video
I wanna see the room where all the models are kept. I could spend hours looking at them all. Thanks again for the great video!

what a tease, looking forward to seeing next week now!
This is really cool, love this one. The terrain is amazing as always.
I really love how you just let things happen and play with the colors and hews and eventually end up with these beautiful ( and odc traumatizing ) projects. What a gift you have. And wonderful that you share your talent with all of us. Thank you so much
I don’t know much about teepees either, but I do know they are usually placed higher up for a better view of anything that needs to be seen.
Loving this project! And also your placement of the teepees are correct, love to see my fellow people receiving the spotlight 💕
You should do an encounter with some people catching crawfish in a pond with a giant crawfish attacking them.
Sneak peek! Cant wait for next weeks.
Great video, as usual :-) Love the imaginary west!!
:57 "In creation" Amen!
That's really good, it tells a whole story in one glance
Wow! That looks amazing.
absolutely love watching these when I'm doing anything at all.
Neat concept. I do agree the camp layout leaves something to be desired and the trees don't quite look like Colorado trees to me, but otherwise really nice work! I really like the way you did the grass and pineneedle buildup with the flock!
OH BOYLEI! IT'S HOBBY TIME!
I love and appreciate the fact that you chose to represent a tribe in an area that they live as well as use a tribe that actually uses tipis. Love the research and effort!
You are magical, friend. how much peace and sweetness ( not so much ) your works transmit... thank you for letting us participate in them!

You put the Face of Boe in the camp!!!!! That’s FANTASTIC!!!
I love the litte details so mich ❤❤. Your Dioramas are so beautiful and the wil imaginary west is so cool.
I love those tipi's.. Awesome work bro 👍🏼
This is an interesting one! Love the warrior that climbed on top of the centipede!
One of those coming right into your camp would be terrifying!
Beautiful work as always. Thank you so much Boylei.
After watching basically all of your videos, I really want to make a diorama now! All of your projects look so perfect!!
Finally another Wild Imaginary West diorama! Been looking forward to this!
Love The Old West Builds! Man I live east of The Springs, Hope one of the Giants don't show up out here! LOL! Your work is always ART my friend! I save all of Your Wonderful Board Stories! There Amazing!! Thank You!

I love your imaginary settings!
great video and craft. I love that we got to see a preview for next weeks video. Please continue with that
You are INSPIRATIONALLY talented! I’m betting you also served your mission in SE Asia. Well done thou good and faithful servant! ♥️
STATICfying! well done!
These episodes of your Imaginary West, I find, those most intriguing. Maybe it's that I reside in New Mexico. Keep up the great work.
I kinda just want to have an entire lore video with all the little bits and pieces of dioramas and whole buncha description. The way you manage to grab my attention with this stuff is kinda freaky but cool. Can’t get enough
I really appreciate the background music
unusual subject, well done 👍
Love your take on the West!
Once again, a great model! Great job!
Another masterpiece, thanks for sharing!
Being out of my stupid fast food job now, I can enjoy Boylei videos on Sunday morning again.
Cool diorama , would be cool to see one like this with a giant snake and spider
As soon as I saw you had uploaded I knew it was going to be a good day! Love the Wild Imaginary West! Can't wait for more.
Absolutely LOVE the Wild Imaginary West.
It's so nice to be back in the wild west!
Centipedes freak me out man! I love this one. Another banger, little brother.
Yay! Wild Imaginary West! It's been too long. More please!
Amazing as always! Nothing makes my day better then seeing Hobby time post!
Love the one guy with the cojones to climb onto the centipede's back to drive his tomahawk into the its dome.
Always a pleasure to see another addition to your Wild Imaginary West world. Love the dialogue between the characters; I'm inclined to disbelieve the centipede's account as well.
Once again an amazing job, and I’d love to see more battle-type dioramas like this one!
I love the guy on top with his hatchet, about to give that thing a good clobberin'!
Super cool scene, looking forward to next weeks!
Id love to see a diaroma with eirher an giant armadillo or buffalo. As they are such cool animals
Cool diorama. I really like it. 👍
I’m so excited to see all of the wild imaginary west models when they’re all done. I’ve always loved westerns. This is going to be amazing 🤙
Love how u present ur scratch builds,if it ain't broke don't fix/change it...
The 'It was three,' chorus literally had me laughing out loud. Great work, always a treat when your videos come up in my notifications.
I love these Wild Imaginary West dioramas! A giant Armadillo battle or more Mechs would be awesome to see!! Great stuff!!!
Looking forward for more wild west projects. Loving it!❤
"It was two," "It was three" x20 broke me. Well played
I have that exact centipede mini!!! it's cool seeing it in one of your videos event though that thing was a nightmare to paint. yours turned out great!!! very centipede-y
Absolutely wonderful! Centipedes always make for great monsters, very well done
Man, I love your wild imaginary West. I can’t get enough! It would be cool to see one of those Fearsome Critters made up by lumberjacks in this world!
Tipi rings, rocks piled around the edges to hold the coverings down would be a nice addition.
Cool as always, I would have thought you'd add some spears in the ground or some arrows sticking out if it's body, but I enjoy it regardless
Amazing job as usual. There's nothing wrong with undecorated housing, but it could be fun to see something more intricate in the future
Thank you for agreeing with me on centipedes
You got to wonder if the centipede gets the same sensation we do when something crawls up our back😁👍👍👍👍
I loved this. I think having a battle with an ant colony would be an interesting idea.
You should do one with big wagon train and a giant monster 👍
or some rich guy's train carrying a massive aquarium with some very rare sea creature?
yessssss
@@ladahieno2382 Amazing idea
@@ladahieno2382 yes good
I love this build! I like the paint job on the Centipede a lot. You paint so well!!!👏👏👏
This was awesome! I love the guy on the back of the centipede 😂 We get bugs called House Centipedes here, and despite the name, they do not belong in the house. Ever.
You just always make it look so easy, effortless brilliantly done keep up the good work, thank u 🙏
Great build and as always, great backstory.
love this dude's humor
Really nice diorama of your western hellscape!
I used to live in southwest USA and in the desert we would find giant desert centipedes in our house during summer… one time I had house guests over and one of them got bit. Centipede was hanging on his towel. One of the many reasons I’ve moved to colder weather
Amazing, as usual! :)
