The only problem with this video is that I'm not in it 😁 (enjoying that lovely breakfast, orchard picnic, and boat ride with you!) Thanks for sharing 🌷
For all time- this is a great comment Susan. İ have followed Ayşenurs channel for the longest time. But never thought how great it might be to actually BE there!!! Thanks for that! Of course the recipes and her expert instruction are incomparable, but as she tours her country, we see so much of her culture. İ am a veteran of the American airforce. My doctor at our VA is a Turkish lady. So nice, so intelligent! Maybe all Turks cannot be perfect- but the two İ know 'personally', are! 🌿🌹🌿
Dear Aysenur thank you for this kind natural presentation allowing us to learn about Trabzon and Turkish land and culture - May God bless you and family with peace happiness prosperity and health amen
Subhanallah alhumdulilah how beautifully allah has created the land of Turkey with all its beauty and you are glowing so much my sister the Black Sea air has done you good mashaallah thanks again
A cup of cay, of cucumber, tomatoes and cheeses.. with borek, simit, pogaca and such..sunsets, picnics and orchard..its been a lovely trip dear sister Aysenur ❤️☺️
Another interesting and beautiful video from you. When you were gathering the last of the hazel nuts that practice is called gleaning in English. Gleaning is the act of collecting leftover crops from farmers' fields after they have been commercially harvested or on fields where it is not economically profitable to harvest. It is a practice described in the Hebrew Bible that became a legally enforced entitlement of the poor in a number of Christian kingdoms.
When I watched the video, I was reminded of the story of Ruth gathering leftover grain in the field of Boas. I did not know that this was an established practice later as well, or how "glean" originated. Thanks for sharing this interesting information.. 🌷🇿🇦
Thank you kev for the information. It was touching to learn about it ☺️ I am glad I didn’t skip that information thinking that it might be too much detail to give. Not everyone is interested but these small details takes things into another level sometimes 😊🌿
@@TFT Please keep the detail in your videos. I like to see how similar life is in different countries across the world. We may be different but we share so much. The people of the world are one big family. Thank you again.
Beautiful! This was my first time watching! Can't wait to watch more. The English word for letting people gather left over produce after the main harvest is "gleaning" (to glean).

@Turkish food travel can you please say halal birthday cake bakery in istanbul? Or can can you name some of the good birthcake shop of Istanbul so that i can find them in facebook.
I mean to say there might be different restaurants some might be from other countries too which might be not halal. In foreign countries we hardly need to find food shops which is halal. Halal means which is not prohibited for muslims to eat. Like in some foreign bakeries some use pig fat or milk. So i asked to know which bakery is halal. Pls don't take my words differently. I hve no intension to hurt anyone.
@@rubanabintejafar5696 No one is hurt by your comment, we were just curious as to what is halal birthday cake, Anyway you can go to any bakery and ask them about ingredients used in their items or you can just search for vegan bakeries, they will be halal too..
