It's a matter of putting your heart and soul to work together for what you envision. I don't know one single turkish person who I could speak turkish with, but I'm learning the language like if my life depends on it. I'm planning a 3-month long vacation in Turkey and my plan is to go to villages where I can talk to locals and enjoy their culture to the fullest potential.

Your husband must have lots patience, blessings, me and my husband drove our son to university a 4 hour drive even though he drove over speed limit in UK it highest speed limit is 70 when there was camera , Thank you for sharing. What beautiful simple healthy food looks delicious! Is Trabzon were Kofte originates? Would like to see some more of that dancing at the end love traditional folk music and dancing like that. Not to sure about those apartments, would like to find a nice small village just out of the city in mountains have your own olive trees.
Many cities in Turkey have different type of koftes famous in their city. But Trabzon Akcaabat stand more with its kofte. I will surely add more from the folk music dancing in the upcoming episodes :) Thanks
