It comes in test case template. Based on the test case execution steps if a tester feels that the test case is failed then the tester set the status as failed and then write the bug report.

Hi Karthik, what I understood... I am explaining it....
During Input Domain testing in Functionality testing , there test engineer will validate data provided to the application wrt valve and length.
There are two techniques in Input Domain testing they are :
* Equivalence class partition(ECP) : Checks by using values
* Boundary Value Analysis (BVA): Tester checks by giving length of the value.
