1.after test engineer gives the bug report to the developer he go through the the bug report to check whether it's a valid or invalid.if valid then he follows the navigation steps by opening the application and physically check the exsistance of the bug..(that's called reproducing the Bug)
2.if the bug is not reproducible as TE WE should recheck our bug report to do the necessary changes and change the status to re-open and send it to the developer 😀
If your client is getting a bug on production environment and you are not able to reproduce it on your test environment I don't think so it would be a good approach to just close that bug with status not reproducible. What i would suggest is to work with client get logs from his machine and try to troubleshoot what is going wrong.
Hi Aditya Jain, I agree with you. Did we mention this quoted one in our video. - "If your client is getting a bug on production environment and you are not able to reproduce it on your test environment I don't think so it would be a good approach to just close that bug with status not reproducible."

logs, logs and complete details of client's environment, platform (etc.); ideally, screen-share with the client and witness the problem
Great job! Could you maybe explain the first question more clearly as to what are the tests under blackbox testing
Black box testing means that the tester doesnt have an idea on how it works..
When a tester is not aware about the backend part i.e. at the code level and testing is done on the basis of thinking as a end user then such testing is know as black box testing.....black box means when internal design and code is not know to the tester.

I was at the interview today and they were asking me how I can test manualy the response I have from server;it was something related inspect code from UI(Source window related);do you have a tutorial to cover this topic or some references;thanks
we can test it manually by checking the network(FN +F12) it shows which error we are facing,I do it lot of times.Hope this is answer to your question.

Video is good you out a lot of effords but the thing is we can find the definition online too only I was expected more clarifications on some words Q : Principle of testing -> perticed paradox this was only example .You could do it better ,but overall not bad .

Hi Jeetu Ranjan. First you need to write test scenarios. Based on test scenarios, you could easily write test cases. For online job portal, there will be lots of scenarios, split those scenarios into job seeker wise and employer wise.
