I think there needs to be a distinction between subjective appreciation for the artwork and the value of the card based on rarity and popular appeal for the featured Pokemon. Some cards like Gloom and Poliwhirl look incredible but are wildly underrated because they aren't popular.
@jeremymuir4332 exactly. Its why I do what I do, most people would put those cards distinctly in the C tier without any thought, but those cards are genuine marvels of artwork

@kin2596 yes the value doesn't effect my rankings because I just like pokemon cards for the awesome artwork
