I appreciate your knowledge thank you.. Another way is Practice Brahmacharya. Do Kapalbhati,Anulom-Vilom, Daily ❤(Focus on your breaths inhale,exhale) .. Practice Gyan mudra or Pran mudra daily for 45 min. That is enough.. Do it consistently without skipping any single day.. You will see results.. ❤
