Being someone who worked for 7yrs now as a Senior recruiter, best practice I can share is to call potential candidates 4pm (EST) onwards. Allot your time sourcing and sending emails half your shift, then calls before EOS. You're welcome.

For those who want to apply as a Senior Recruiter, here's the process that I went through:
1. Initial Interview
2. Final Interview
3. Berlitz Exam - there's no right or wrong answer, they will just gauge your communication skills so make sure to not complicate things and watch out for your grammar

Nung pumasok ako sa PSG as a Senior Recruiter nahirapan talaga ako sa work though madali lng sya siguro kapag magaling ka mag memorized ng mga documents at may guide naman yan pero may mga ibang docs talaga sobrang hirap. Kaso hindi ako pumasa isang buwan lng hahaha.
Ganyan din ako nung start. Struggle is real talaga during the first 6 months.

I also did initial interview earlier and the recruiter said as well she will discuss it to their hiring manager, hoping to be accepted kasi super convenient ng set up.

@@PatriciaKeithBasas hello! First day will be claiming of equipment, ID picture, equipment checking, orientation/PSG background. There will be quizzes every after topic, but you can take notes naman during the videos and maybe setting up of tools. Do your best!
Bakit po ganun. After ng interview sakin ni PSG sabe bigyan daw ako feedback email wether if I pass or not. Until now wala padin hays

Wala pong reprofile sa kanila eh. You have to wait 6 months again bago magre-apply.

Ma'am, I just submitted my application kaya napunta ko sa video mo to watch review sa psg. Ask lang gaano katagal ung hiring process. mga ilang days/weeks bago makapag start. Thank yoouu!
Usually po ilang weeks pa bago matawagan. Once you pass the initial interview, mabilis nanlang. Goodluck❤️

As far as I know, hindi sila nag-aaccept ng students.
Hello maam, naka recieved po ako email from psg na my link binigay to complete question, when I click the link it directly me in psg website, then I got email received again after a few minutes they say that I got Shortlisted po, wait for the the call n lng of recruiter for initial interview, how many days or week kaya process po? Salamat po

ask ko lang po kung mag t text po ba muna sila before tumawag for initial interview or talagang call po agad. Nagpasa po kasi ako ng resume then kinabukasan may tumawag sakin unfortunately hindi ko nasagot kasi sobrang lakas ng ulan hindi ko narinig, I even texted the number but they didn't respond.
Hindi po sila nagtetext usually. Nung ako po wala din po nagtext eh buti nasagot ko agad.

I have been unemployed for a year bc i gave birth and pandemic that time. But i only had 2 jobs for 3years. I am currently employed po sa bpo ngayon and i want a permanent wfh setup at toxic din talaga lol. 6mos ako ngayon sa bpo company ko. but i have a total of 2yrs bpo experience. Can i apply for the position? Or maaapektuhan ba dahil naging unemployed ako for a year.
Yes po pwedeng pwede. Sabihin mo nalanh din reason bat ka unemployed for how many years during the interview.
