21:48 the falling rocks (if you have insanely good rng) can actually help you. there's one major skip that can be done with it that i know of, and i have seen someone do it (wasn't captured on camera unfortunately)
Yeah, also happens in other maps like Axiom (spawning outside of the map) or Ignis Peaks (spawning so close to the lava that you can walk off the edge without enough time to react) I don't think this bug was present at the time of making this video though.
Lets go, someone knows it! By the way, your second sentence is true for BTR, but not Familiar Ruins. The video I attached does explain why (albeit it is extremely pedantic).
This is something I really wish games include in them. A trivia board in the lobby or another area that shows trivia for the content in the game, specifically maps. It feels like developers are so busy developing features that make them money that they forgot to add other content that make the game better.
Yeah. I don't know if you've ever played Terraria but while you're waiting for your world to load, it will tell you random facts about the game. Something like that could be pretty cool, like if you were to load Toxic Woods it could tell you a cool fact about the map.
very noice facts! :o btw, marred dreams doesn't have an exit region i think, meaning that you can explore the map once you survived without glitching out. :D
Damn neither of us put that fact down as one we could potentially use (we didn't for Sinking Ship either, as neither have an exit block (not region - the block is what stops you from escaping the region).
@@just_ducky Sinking Ship does have an exit block, but it is very inside of the square ending so you can easily get out once you get in the exit region
I mean it is just pot luck. Its only happened to me a few times since SSR was added so I don't think its very common. I guess you're just very unlucky :(
True. Also, if you actually play the map with the Daily Challenge that requires you to slide under stuff, only 7 of the barriers actually count towards it.
@@just_ducky another fact, idk if you can do this anymore because crazy made it so most falling parts in maps like lost desert or decrepit seas walls don't unanchor collidable anymore. but, if you're laggy enough at the perfect timing, you can actually step on the parts that fall at the last button part
@@adieuing Cool. I didn't know that. Due to the way Roblox Studio works, a non-collideable part (like that of Cave System, Oriental Grove or Lost Desert) cannot be touched by the player, so you would just fall through it.
Super fun collab x) make sure you've watched both videos!!
Very fun to work on!
4:19 I REMEMBER DOING THIS
I remember jumping into the pit of lava, and surviving
YAY SOMEONE REMEMBERS

Damn. Its so rare that even FE2 speedrunners don't attempt it.
Another fact. DSF used to be the hardest map for 2 years until Blue moon was released.
Arguably, I personally believe BTR is a harder map.
Btw in lava tower u can spawn outside the map and u automatically fall in the lava, so u basically die on spawn

I managed to do the cave system bug a few years ago. Also the ruin maps are supposed to be new unexplored rooms, not rooms from fe1

@@just_ducky Oh yea cuz you climb up the medium lift, Crazy probably wanted to take a new approach and make levels we've never seen

for forgotten tombs you couldve said u can still go to the event spot from 2018
