And the most important thing? How much rent/mortgage payments does this apt cost? Cause i used to live in NY centuries ago and even then the price of rents/houses/apartments were crazy! Thanks God I moved to beautiful southern california bought a brand new townhouse, 2,500 square feet, steps from the sea, for $570, 000 ! Now i am moving to gorgeous tuscany in italy and buying a totally rustic stone farm house for $300,000 ( no mortgage) and live the dulce vita!!!

NYC is my home city. And this apartment is something I’ve never seen. That view is amazing. Just a quick tip: don’t go to Starbucks in NYC unless it’s close by and you need it. Try out the many coffee shops. You won’t be disappointed. Trust me.

I agree!!! or get some starbucks coffee at the grocery store and make your own. When I tell you I put my ankles in my coffee. I stopped going to starbucks ages ago.

All I can say is those U-Haul boxes are NOT made for shipping. Moving boxes and shipping boxes are very different! They aren’t heavy duty enough to withstand the automated sorts that FedEx uses. I pray that you get some resolution with that! Thank you for continuing to share your journey and be vulnerable. It’s beautiful to watch hun ❤

The view is everything...even if you are not super high up - it is beautiful- Love it !!! The bridge, the traffic, trains and boats...all so interesting to watch by day and night....that is New York. The best place to be....f you have some money.

Hi Alexis! I’m a new subscriber as of today and I loved your moving to NYC video. It’s such an amazing place to be. I live 2 hours upstate of the city and visit it as often as possible. It is my happy place and I’m so excited to get to see you enjoying it. I’m sure you’ll have some ups and downs like we all do but everything will be ok. Also if you like Korean food I recommend Korean Express on Lexington Ave. Their Kimchi fries are heavenly. There may be places closer to you but that one is my fav. So excited for this new chapter for you! And you're mai Pham's building neighbor 😅 Honestly you might want to focus on shorts instead of 2 uploads a week. Like come to pilates in my building with me and then go sit in the sauna too, little clips of hydrating, a street shot running to the bodega to get coffee, etc. That feels so NYC. Or if you want 2xwk videos make one no talking ASMR vibey aesthetic with only subtitles for less than 5 minutes.. idk what you're trying to go for with your brand but this new start seems like the perfect time to experiment with your video formats! I’ve watched you, but I’ve never subscribed to you, but I wanted to say I’m going to subscribe first of all and congratulations, because moving to New York is a big step I was born and raised here but not necessarily in that area you’re in, but those apartments are not cheap at all so I want to say congratulations and I’m happy for this major step for you, especially moving Into the city in general because being born here and moving into a nice apartment is different compared to moving from elsewhere over here. My dream is to definitely have a nice penthouse over here or at least something like what you have even if I don’t necessarily live there just to have it in my home city would be amazing but again congratulations
It's the NYC energy. I lived in AZ, NM and Vegas. I'm just not a desert person. I've been abroad 5 yrs but in the states is the northeast from New England down to DC or that Cali sunshine. I've lived all over the US and after just found the areas that I thrive in.
If you haven't already, and with that amazing view, get your cats a cat tower. They need entertainment. I really love the new apartment!!
