Blessings, Sabrina! Not only can we see how grateful you feel for the things in your life but we can hear it in your voice. Hearing you be and feel so grateful for a beautiful roof over your head, a couch, the view, a full-size washer and dryer and overhead lights in your bedroom, brought tears to my eyes. These are not things that people usually feel grateful about nor think about because these are expectations for most people. 36:27 Accupuncture. Ginger and tumeric supplements help. But also make sure that you don’t have an ear infection. Detox. Processed sugar and do a natural diet for a week. See if you have any improvement. Stress is terrible on the body. Hope you feel better soon I have it on and off but I am high stress and anxiety. Let’s reset together sis. Oh and I will take Zyrtec and Flonase for a week too and that helps with the dizzy and ear congestion feeling

I am over the moon happy for you. I remember feeling that same sense of gratitude the last place that I moved in once everything was unloaded from the moving truck. I just sat in the middle of my living room by myself and just took it all in and close my eyes and was just saying a prayer of thanks and next thing I knew tears were running down my face sometimes the gratefulness you just have to sit in it and be thankful and just take that moment.💛
I have been experiencing the same exact symptoms for about a month now so much do that I ended up in the ER because I didn’t know what was happening! Overall it was wild anxiety. Working out and a super clean dirt with raw juices have been super helpful. I too wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy…feel better my Aquarius sister!!! 1/28 ♒️
Girlll, I have to say, ive been with you with all your moves, including moving back in with your parents doing that place all over than moving out of their. This place is by far the nicest one. Omg I love your new apartment. It’s giving old school warm apartment vibes from your previous spots. So much better. I also get severe tension headaches was so scared before I knew what they were I got dizzy too with them. I even had a whole MRI done that’s how terrified I was. Your spot on the chiropractor was the only thing that helped me too. They come back occasionally. All I can say is keep your stress low girl. I am a license therapist, I recommend therapy for everyone! It’s always helpful to bounce stuff off of a person that is not biased and that can help you organize your thoughts better. Just another idea! But congrats on all your endeavors. Praying for speedy recovery and health! 🧘🏽♀️

I had severe vertigo for 8 months, physical therapy 3x a week, chiropractic,prayer and excedrin got me back to normal, Vertigo is like feeling, drunk, dizzy, nauseous and depressed 24/7. This is exactly what happened to me. I literally had severe vertigo for 8 months. Because of it, it triggered my anxiety and it was the worst combo ever. I naturally went about mine so I only took Dramamine when I couldn’t tolerate it. But prayer and more prayer is what helped me. I absolutely hate vertigo and I don’t wish it on anyone.

What you are feeling is exactly what I’ve been feeling. I went through surgery recently and my body is very stressed out . I went to an oral surgeon and he took X-rays and said that I have TMJ. You should look into that. Congratulations on your new place it’s gorgeous❤

And the headache yes they can be very debilitating. I have months that I’ve developed pain on my upper back right between my shoulders and my neck, and that pain radiates to my head. I have headaches almost every single day. Some days I can go without pain killers and just deal and others I’m popping pills all day. I have a 9-5,6,7 job and it’s not fun having to deal with it.

Add a large carpet in the living room area so if looks more deviated from the kitchen area.. & put an inland in the kitchen like you said & for the other side where the closet is keep your original idea by putting a curtain a cute one where you can also keep it half open & make that your office space ❤

Thank God! Congratulations on your new home. I’m beyond happy for you. Nothing like a fresh start. I also experienced occipital headaches that stemmed from stress during the pandemic. Neck headaches are no joke. Yoga, meditation, lots of PRAYER, and eliminating stressors and people helped a lot. I’m praying for a swift healing for you
Hey Sabrina. With your ear and vertigo go see an ENT. I had the exact same thing about 2 years ago and was diagnosed with Ménière's disease. Had vertigo so bad especially while driving. Got a z pack and have to watch my salt and sugar specifically chocolate intake. Haven’t had a flare up since. Hope this helps ❤
I’ve experienced everything you’ve explained and unfortunately I was diagnosed with dysautonomia… keeping your body in fight or flight mode can get your body stuck in that state which turns the automatic nervous system upside down. When experiencing dizziness do NOT stretch your neck upwards it can trigger vertigo. Try drinking liquid Iv’s and see if that helps- if it does I would try to see a neurologist. It is something that could be temporary for some and permanent for others. It’s been something I’ve had since August 2022. It gets a bit easier, but I felt you so much because I can’t work a regular job anymore and some days or weeks I can’t drive myself anywhere. Thank you God for family.♥️ P.S. Another thing that helps with the dizziness is leg compressions, because the blood is going all to the feet.

I would recommend an Ear Nose and Throat doctor. Ive experienced a lot of vertigo after covid (i got a severe ear infection during) and since then my ear gets really stuffed up especially during allergy season. Going to them really has helped.
I usually don't comment as much on your videos, just shy at times, but I have watched your videos and your journey for years....Girl when I tell you I saw your video and click so fast, I truly enjoy your videos, so inspiring...Girl, I cried as you were speaking...you were holding back tears however I couldn't stop crying...I'm honestly so happy for all your blessings and can relate to your most recent challenges, having surgery and recuperating... So happy for you and can’t wait to see more of your new home ❤😊 I started to get those same types of tension/base of neck headaches and feelings of anxiety a few years ago and it turns out I have high blood pressure. I’m relatively healthy and young (30) but it’s genetic in my family so it popped up out of nowhere unfortunately. Now I have to take medicine to control it. I’m sure that’s not your case if you’ve gone to the doctor recently and nothing was flagged but maybe this can help someone else!

Yep, any muscle tension that bad is usually anxiety. Chiro will help alot. In between adjustments you could get a shoulder/neck massager or a shoulder/neck heating pad to help.

Congrats ! I’ve moved every year for the past 4 years lol each time was very valid to me whether it was for cost, larger space, to have a pool. Moving can be stressful but most buildings offer the first month off so it covers most if not all of the moving expense. Moving is so casual to me lol

Girl I’ve had surgeries on my ovaries n my right breast n I’ve been having the pain n may have to go back to get that fixed I know exactly how u feel n that shit hurts is stressful very scary and time consuming. I’m right there with u and to have the woosahhh moment I completely get it u get comfortable in ur new place relax and release find ur happiest moments and live girl u got my support ❤

Nice place! Yes definitely keep that pantry for accessories in your closet. It would be perfect to place your perfumes, jewelry, hats, scarfs, etc. if you get cute trays for the perfumes and bins for the accessories. Happy you got a place you really like. 💫🥂🙌🏽

Hi Sabrina! I've been in your shoes (tons of health issues, hormonal, surgeries, anxiety attacts because if this, neurosis), ended up with vertigos and passing out and heart pain. Went to the heart doctor. She said i need a good neuropathologist, because those are vascular symptoms,but none of those anxiety and chest paints symptoms were due to the heart. its just my body changes blood pressure too extremely. I try to control my thoughts and avoid stressful situation and it became better this year.

Girl, I been going through the exact same thing for about a year now it comes and go. First the neurologist misdiagnosed me with trigeminal neuralgia and it turns out I developed chronic sinusitis. It went away for a while and now it’s back. It’s debilitating honestly, the migraines have been killing me along with dizziness ,tension in my neck and shoulders and major anxiety that I’ve never had! I Hope you get a relief from it all soon.

Vertigo is no joke…. Mine got pretty bad and the headaches as well. Had to go to an Ear nose and throat specialist. Put me on a regimen and I’ve been so much better.

Moving is hard I never understand how people move every year or two it's costly and alot of work packing up then unpacking putting things away in new place it gets old fast and tiring best to find somewhere you love settle for awhile makes life so much easier less stress hope you enjoy this new place looks more spacious and nice😊
