What is the W sauce? Is it Worcester sauce? All those small portions in the white tiny bowls that you used for W sauce, garlic, honey ACV equal how many spoons? I don't have tiny bowls like that.

Well when I was heating up the oil it got way too hot like 400+ degrees, had the flame too high, and I was using this candy / deep fry thermometer I have. I took it out of the pot and put it in the sink and noticed the thermometer had broken at the bottom. I coooked some of the wings in that oil and didn’t realize it broke till after I had cooked some. Apparently there’s no mercury in the thermometer but I might have eaten a few bites of the wings , might have poisoned myself, but ur wings are too good …. Anyway I’m buying a deep fryer screw that.
